YOU CANNOT RESERVE A DISCOUNTED ROOM AT THE KAKTUS ALBIR HOTEL UNLESS YOU CAN PROVE TO THE HOTEL THAT YOU HAVE PAID YOUR £20 CONVENTION REGISTRATION FEE!
HOW TO RESERVE YOUR DISCOUNTED ROOM
Take a note of the Registration Number. on your automated email confirmation reply. This will be a 5-digit number (i.e. #00500).
Send an email directly to the hotel using the email address:
info-kaktusalbir@kaktushotels.com
In the subject box enter the following: ATTN. VERÓNICA re: 2025 Albir AA Convention
In the body of the message please include your Registration Number and details of your requirements
(how long staying, what date arriving, single/double/twin/triple, how many beds in room etc.)
WHAT IF I DON’T GET A REPLY STRAIGHT AWAY?
Please be patient! We have found from experience it is better to only deal with one person at the hotel, and that person is Verónica.
But of course Verónica is entitled to holidays and short breaks, so she may not always be able to get back to you straight away.
However, if you haven't received a reply to your email within 7 days, we recommend that you resend your original email.
IS MY ROOM RESERVATION GUARANTEED?
Yes!
If you have paid your registration fee and received an automated reply, you are guaranteed a room at the Kaktus Hotel between the 1st and the 4th of May (additional dates before/after the convention can usually be added on easily).
We receive 128 “Fellowship Exclusive” discounted rooms from the hotel. And if you received an automated reply confirming your £20 registration fee was paid, you are on the list.
Verónica receives a regular updates from us, so even if she hasn't had a chance to reply to you, she will know that you are on this list.
